Core Beliefs

At Bread Riders Arts Projects, we emphasize innovation and creativity, encouraging artists to explore new mediums and techniques. We are dedicated to empowering local self-taught artists in Qwa-Qwa, providing them with foundational skills in fine art and helping them develop unique styles. Committed to professionalism and excellence, we elevate these artists to compete on national and international stages. By bringing art to rural South African communities, we make art accessible and foster a greater appreciation for creative expression. Through workshops, exhibitions, and outreach programs, we educate emerging artists about the art industry, mentoring them in navigating and succeeding professionally. Our initiative aims to change perceptions of art in rural areas, highlighting its value and importance. Ultimately, we seek to reframe how art is perceived in South Africa's rural spheres.
